Who we are
Gildreum is a web design studio based in Sweden. The studio and this site are operated by Frans Nieuwland, who is the data controller responsible for your information. For anything related to your data, contact frans@gildreum.com.
What data is collected
The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. Nothing is collected automatically that identifies you personally.
How it is used
Your contact details are used for one purpose: replying to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, communicating about your project. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Web3Forms, a form processing service, and stored in that email account. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or project, after which they can be deleted on request.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. It records anonymous, aggregated data such as page views and country-level location. No personal profile is built about you, which is also why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Email frans@gildreum.com and we'll handle it, no forms or hoops involved.
